Salon Policies

What the experience and promise are:

At Be Rosie, we’re here to provide you with a salon experience that feels as good as it looks. Our commitment is simple: we’ll show up for you with great hair, genuine kindness, and a warm atmosphere where you always belong. We ask that you show up for us by respecting our time and communicating openly when plans change.

What the communication process looks like in detail:

We’re available to respond to calls, texts, and emails Tuesday through Saturday, 10am – 3pm. Because we’re a 100% hairstylist team (no receptionist), we might not answer the phone, but someone will see your message during these hours and get back to you.

You can reach the salon at:

Phone/Text: 951-847-6928

Email: info@berosiesalon.com

Many of our stylists also handle their own booking and may communicate with you directly from their personal phone number. You can find individual stylist contact information and booking instructions on our website at berosiesalon.com/team.

the process for reserving an appointment in detail:

If your stylist offers online booking: You can book 24/7 through their online system, or by calling/texting the salon during business hours and we’ll book for you. You can also contact them directly if their number is listed on our website berosiesalon.com/team.

If your stylist does not offer online booking: You’ll need to contact them directly to schedule.

Not sure how your stylist books? Visit berosiesalon.com/team for booking instructions for each stylist.

what the confirmation process looks like in detail:

When you book through Be Rosie’s central scheduling system, you’ll receive automatic reminders via text and email at 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment.

You must confirm your appointment by clicking the link in these reminders. This helps us protect our stylists’ time and ensures your spot is secured.

If your appointment is unconfirmed, your stylist will reach out directly (likely from their personal phone number) with a specific deadline to confirm. If we don’t hear from you by that time, we’ll assume you’re not coming and will cancel your appointment to open the spot for another client.

what the cancellation process looks like in detail:

We understand – life happens. If you need to cancel, we just ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible so your stylist has time to fill the spot with another client.

You can cancel by:

  • Clicking the cancellation link in your reminder text or email
  • Calling or texting the salon at 951-847-6928
  • Contacting your stylist directly

If canceling becomes a pattern: We’ll ask that for future appointments you book week-of instead of scheduling in advance. We will also remove access to online booking.

what the no-show process looks like in detail:

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is considered a no-show. We’ll reach out to understand what happened – emergencies are real and we get it. If the no-show was not an emergency, we will:

  • Disable your online booking access
  • Request that for future appointments, you book week-of only (rather than scheduling in advance)

No-shows are tough on our stylists – it’s lost income and time they could have given to another client. We trust you to communicate with us when things come up.

what we both agree to in this process and promise:

We promise to:

  • Welcome you warmly and take great care of you
  • Provide a beautiful, calm environment where you feel comfortable
  • Respect your time and communicate clearly with you

We ask that you promise to:

  • Confirm your appointments when reminded
  • Show up on time, or let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel
  • Communicate with us openly, respectfully, and kindly
our right to decline service:

Sometimes a stylist-client relationship isn’t the right fit, and that’s okay. Our stylists have the right to decline service if they feel they can’t meet your expectations, if the requested service isn’t something they offer, if there are communication issues, or if the interaction feels disrespectful. We trust our stylists’ professional judgment and boundaries completely, and the salon fully supports their decisions. If service is declined, we’ll respectfully ask you to leave.

a note about individual stylist policies:

The policies above apply to all appointments booked through Be Rosie’s central scheduling system. Some of our stylists choose to use their own independent booking systems and may have different policies (such as requiring deposits or cards on file). If your stylist books independently, they’ll share their specific policies with you directly.

By booking an appointment with Be Rosie Salon, you agree to these policies.
